Very memorable, enjoyed this for the first time around 11 PM back in the mid 90's when I was working at the Fed. Maybe a year or so after the restaurant opened. Perfectly cooked, fat on the chops caramelized and savory, one of the best meals of my life. Had it many times since. Recommend without reservation. It is sublime.
